Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
Q: If we are new to wrestling, can we start with your program?
A: Absolutely! We work to place every wrestler at the level that will give them the best chance to succeed. Most K4 – High School athletes can find a spot in one of our programs. First-time wrestlers aged 4–7 typically begin in our Novice program, while older beginners will be placed based on their age, prior athletic background, and current skill level.

A: Children aged K4 – 2nd Grade typically start in our Novice program. For 3rd – 8th Grade, we will help determine the best placement for first-time wrestlers on our League teams.

A: Yes! New wrestlers may participate in one complimentary practice before paying the registration fee. Contact us to schedule a session.
